Settings
Settings is where administrators manage users, teams, and projects. Open it from the sidebar: Settings.
Personal preferences like theme are in the top bar (sun/moon icon), not in Settings.
Users
View all users with name, email, role, and assigned projects.
- Edit — change details, role, permissions, and project access
- Delete — remove a user (some system accounts may be protected)
Create User
- Open the Create User tab
- Enter name and email, choose a role
- Set permissions (create/edit/delete tasks, manage users, manage projects)
- Assign projects
- Click Save User
Teams
Groups of users for organization and assignment.
- Create New Team — name, description, member checkboxes
- Edit / Delete existing teams
Teams help you organize people; project access is still set per user.
Projects
List of all projects with name and description.
- Create New Project — same as New Project in the sidebar
- Edit — rename or update description (updates the project dropdown)
- Delete — remove a project and its data (at least one project must remain)
Deleting the current project switches you to another one automatically.
Who can change what
Exact access depends on your role and permissions. Users with Manage Users or Manage Projects can use the corresponding tabs. Task permissions control whether someone can create, edit, or delete tasks in project views.
