Getting Started

This guide walks you through the basics: opening the app, choosing a project, and visiting each main view.

Open the app

  1. Sign in to Appfactory Studio
  2. Open Coordinator PM from your dashboard or apps menu
  3. The app loads with your last selected project (or the first project in the list)

The layout

  • Project dropdown — switch between projects
  • New Project — create a project
  • Navigation links — Dashboard, Kanban, Task List, Table, Gantt, Budget, Settings

Top bar

  • Notifications (bell) — alerts and updates
  • Theme (sun/moon) — light or dark mode
  • User menu (avatar) — profile and sign out

Your first project

If you already have projects, pick one from the Project dropdown. To create a new one:

  1. Click New Project under the dropdown
  2. Enter a name and optional description
  3. Click Save

The new project starts empty—you can add tasks from the Task List, Kanban, or Table.

Switch projects

  1. Choose a different project from the Project dropdown
  2. Confirm when asked (unsaved work on the current screen may be lost)
  3. Wait for the loading screen
  4. You’ll land on the Dashboard for the new project
