Coordinator PM
Coordinator PM is a project management app for planning work, tracking tasks, and managing budgets—all in one place. Each project has its own tasks, board, timeline, and budget.
What you can do
- See progress at a glance — dashboard with stats and charts
- Manage workflow — Kanban board with drag-and-drop
- Track tasks — simple list or advanced table with hierarchy
- Plan schedules — Gantt timeline view
- Control spending — yearly budgets with expenses and approvals
- Administer your workspace — users, teams, and projects in Settings

How projects work
Everything you see (tasks, board, charts, budget) belongs to the currently selected project. Use the Project dropdown at the top of the sidebar to switch projects. When you switch, you’ll be asked to confirm, then the app loads the new project and opens the Dashboard.
You can also create projects from the sidebar (New Project) or from Settings → Projects.
Data stays in sync
Tasks are shared across views. For example:
- Completing a task in the Task List updates the Kanban column and Table status
- Moving a card on Kanban changes the task’s status everywhere else
- Dates you set in the Table or Task List appear on the Gantt chart
- Budget assignees follow people assigned to the project
